Cleveland Browns facing College teams

Ok I get that the Browns are terrible and have been for a very long time, but I don’t understand that some people think that any college team would have a chance at beating the Browns. Do they not realize that 1.6% of all college football players make it to the NFL? A poll was ran in Ohio that 62% of Ohio natives believe that the Browns would lose to Ohio State and and 23% said that Ohio State would win (not sure what happened to the other 15%). It’s simple math people, only a small percentage of Ohio State players will get drafted this year while all of the Cleveland Browns have already been signed/drafted into the NFL. No college team would have any chance at beating the Cleveland Browns. One of my favorites, Scott Van Pelt breaks it down a little more: http://www.espn.com/video/clip?id=17742998 .

“No college team would have any chance at beating the Cleveland Browns.” NO college team? Do you realize that from 1934 – 1976 there was an annual exhibition game called, The College All-Star Football Classic? The game was usually played in Aug., just before the NFL season began. The game featured a team made up of college all-stars vs. the reigning NFL champion. There was no Super Bowl until 1966, so the NFL champion played in the game until 1966. After that it was the Super Bowl champion. These were championship teams, considerably better the the current-day Cleveland Browns. The college all-star’s team record for 41 year run of the game was, 9-30-2. Nine college teams beat the NFL champion! NINE. And, they beat the CHAMPION. “No college team?” I’m sure an NCAA team may be able to beat the likes of the 2016 Cleveland Browns.
